Pillars:

Balance

We master the art of business and pleasure, work and play. We inspire each other to take care of ourselves whether it’s exercising daily, going to sleep early, letting loose on the dance floor, or watching our favorite artist play a sunrise set.

Trust

We must trust our intuition. We must trust ourselves to flow through this life and make the decisions that elevate our paths. We surround ourselves with communities that we trust and become the creators of infinite possibilities.

Authenticity

We all have our unique expression to give back to the world. Never be afraid to show it!!! The more authenticity we create, the more diverse and expansive our community becomes.

Embodiment

The most rewarding thing we can do is show up for our communities, show up for ourselves, and show up for our loved ones. We encourage everyone to have the hard conversations to understand ourselves and how we can operate as an ever-expanding conscious community. Communication is key to staying flexible in our evolution. Get comfortable with discomfort. Shit makes great fertilizer for growth! Hold yourself and each other accountable.

Light-Heartedness

We don’t take life so seriously; we shift our perspectives and incorporate that obstacle into our path. Remember; life is a game.

Kellen Uchizono - Founder

It all started when the California creator was traveling in a village in Spain. He woke from a dream one morning, a dream that sparked a passion… this passion project then turned into a purpose, this purpose is now the foundation of what we call Iridescent.

Leading with intent, many intertwined communities collaborated from across the country to visualize and create a gathering celebrating our own authentic heaven on Earth. A place for people to activate gifts and understandings that will serve them forever - a place to dance in communion with self, others, nature, and the music itself.

Fast forward from that dream in Spain to the pandemic, when Kellen was forced, like so many of us, to turn away from the distractions and old coping mechanisms and go within. One day, he attended a social gathering where a woman put iridescent clothes on him. He ended up trying to say the word “iridescent” for over twenty hours. This was surely the planting of an important seed!

He explains that in this time of growth, the development of this festival expanded through an aligned vision to establish what is now the Iridescent community.
